General Incubator Manager of Kermanshah Science and Technology Park said:” since its establishment, General Incubator has provided facilities for 213 startups.”
According to public relations of Kermanshah Science and Technology Park: Farshid Mohebi added:” General Incubator is an institution that supports entrepreneurs in developing their businesses, especially in initial stages. Its supports include providing technological facilities and advices, initial growth funds, tax exemptions, network and linkages, co-working spaces, lab facilities, mentoring and advisory support.”
Mohebi went on to say:” in General Incubator all ideas in various fields except agriculture and ICT are supported.”
“General incubator allows entrepreneurs to gain external support to accelerate their businesses growth. It offers support and customized services to entrepreneurs to maximize businesses potential.” He added.
Referring to 14 years activity of the Kermanshah General Incubator, he said: "During this time, we have supported 213 companies, of which 83 companies are still recieving General incubator’s supports and the rest have left."
Mohebbi pointed out:”out of the total number of companies that have left the incubator, about 75% of them have succeeded and have developed their activities.”
”our startups are mainly active in the fields of mechanics and machinery, chemical industry, medicine and medical equipment, creative industries and services and technological training.” Manager of General Incubator reiterated
, Mohebbi said: “40 companies of 61 knowledge-based companies in Kermanshah province belongs to Kermanshah Science and Technology Park, 20 of which belong to General Incubator."
He stated in conclusion: “seven startups of general incubator export products and services to Iraq and other countries of Middle East, fortunately, past year their total exports amounted to three million dollars.”
